Requirements to obtain VISA to enter Tajikistan
Passport Information
U.S. Passport or passport of any other nationality, musthave at least 6 months remaining validity from the day of entry into the country for which VISA has been applied for. If validity is less than 6 months ETS will renew your passport (Fee’s apply).
Tajikistan Tourist Visa
- A valid passport with at least 6 months validity remaining
- 1 visa application form, completed and signed – Click Here. All application forms must be typed in.
- 1-fully completed visa application form
- 2 recent passport type photographs
- A copy of the Resident alien card or a valid visa back to the U.S. if the applicant is not a U.S. citizen
- Cover letter of request from your travel agency
- Onward/return ticket or confirmed itinerary

Tajikistan Business Visa
- A valid passport with at least 6 months validity remaining
- 1 visa application form, completed and signed – Click Here. All application forms must be typed in.
- 1-fully completed visa application form
- 2 recent passport type photographs
- A copy of the Resident alien card or a valid visa back to the U.S. if the applicant is not a U.S. citizen
- Copy of invitation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan / Ministry of Interior, or
- Cover letter of request from your organization . The letter must be on the company letterhead and state the purpose and durtion of the trip and that the company will take care of all the financial expenses of the applicant during the intended stay in Tajikistan
- Onward/return ticket or confirmed itinerary
