U.S. Citizens and Non-U.S. Passport Holders are required to have visas to enter Pakistan

E-Visa

US passport holders and citizens of certain countries are eligible to apply for the e-visa. The process is done completely online.
e-Visa fee once submitted is non-refundable as the fee is for processing of the application, and is not dependent on Grant or Rejection of Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA).
