Requirements to obtain VISA to enter Namibia

Passport Information

U.S. Passport or passport of any other nationality, must have at least 6 months remaining validity from the day of entry into the country for which VISA has been applied for. If validity is less than 6 months ETS will renew your passport (Fee’s apply).

U.S. citizens do not require a visa for tourist or business travel to enter Namibia for a period of 90 days.

Visa requirements for non-U.S. citizens.

Namibia Tourist Visa

Valid passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of entry and at least 3 or more blank visa pages.
1 visa application form, completed and signed – Click Here.
Attach 2 colored 2” x 2” photographs, ( identical)taken within three months before the date of application, showing a clear front view of applicant’s face, with a white background. No sleeveless attire and eyeglasses. Men should not wear earrings.
Proof of adequate funds for the duration of stay in the form of personal bank account statement under each applicants name. For dependents who are minors or spouses, kindly attach a signed letter from the person responsible for the expenses.
A notarized, colored copy of the Green Card( front and back )or a valid visa back to the U.S.
Proof that the traveler will be supported by a person who is a permanent resident of Namibia or Namibian citizen. Traveler must provide a signed letter of invitation, passport copy, copy of work permit/residence permit (if applicable)
Hotel reservations or tour/safari confirmation
A copy of the onward/return tickets or confirmed itinerary

Namibia Business Visa
