Requirements to obtain VISA to enter Lebanon

Passport Information

U.S. Passport or passport of any other nationality, musthave at least 6 months remaining validity from the day of entry into the country for which VISA has been applied for. If validity is less than 6 months ETS will renew your passport (Fee’s apply).

Effective May 3, 1997 U.S. citizens can obtain Tourist/Business visa directly upon arrival at the Beirut airport or any other port of entry at the Lebanese border on condition that there is no Israeli stamp on their passports

Lebanon Tourist Visa

  • A valid passport with at least 6 months validity remaining
  • 1 visa application form, completed and signed – Click Here. All application forms must be typed in.
  • One visa application form, completely filled out and signed
  • 2-passport type photographs
  • Photocopies of the passport pages containing the full name, photo, passport #, issue date, and expiry date (one copy of each page)
  • A copy of the Green Card or a valid visa back to the U.S. is required
  • An address in Lebanon is necessary
  • For minors, a Parental Consent Form* from both parents allowing their dependents to travel to Lebanon is required
  • Onward/return ticket or confirmed itinerary

Lebanon Business Visa

  • A valid passport with at least 6 months validity remaining
  • 1 visa application form, completed and signed – Click Here. All application forms must be typed in.
  • One visa application form, completely filled out and signed
  • 2-passport type photographs
  • Photocopies of the passport pages containing the full name, photo, passport #, issue date, and expiry date (one copy of each page)
  • A copy of the Green Card or a valid visa back to the U.S. is required
  • A letter from the company in the U.S. stating the purpose and duration of the trip
  • A letter of invitation from the company in Lebanon
  • Onward/return ticket or confirmed itinerary
