Requirements to obtain VISA to enter Indonesia

Passport Information

U.S. Passport or passport of any other nationality, musthave at least 6 months remaining validity from the day of entry into the country for which VISA has been applied for. If validity is less than 6 months ETS will renew your passport (Fee’s apply).

Indonesia Tourist Visa

A signed valid passport with at least 6 months validity remaining from the date of entry into Indonesia and at least one blank visa page
1-visa application form, completed and signed – Click Here.
2-passport type colored photographs (2×2),front view facing on a white background, less than 6 months old. No glasses to be worn. Please do not staple or affix the photographs on the form.
Copy of green card or valid visa back to the U.S. if the applicant is not a US citizen.
Letter of employment, indicating the employment status of the applicant.
Copy of bank statement, showing the applicant’s bank account in the last two weeks, or a letter from the bank stating that the applicant has sufficient funds.
Copy of the onward/return ticket or confirmed itinerary along with hotel reservation

Indonesia Business Visa

A signed valid passport with at least 6 months validity remaining from the date of entry into Indonesia and at least one blank visa page

A letter from employer in the U.S. (on company letterhead), stating that the purpose and duration of the visit and guarantee all transportation, sufficient fund for living expenses during your stay in Indonesia
Letter of invitation from the host company in Indonesia (If you are applying for a multiple entry visa, please obtain an original approval letter from the Indonesian government.)
Copy of the onward/return journey or confirmed Itinerary
