Philippines Tourist Visa

• A valid passport with at least 6 months validity remaining

• If the applicant is not a U.S. citizen, he/she must present the following documents in addition to the above requirements:
  • Two (2) copies of documents proving legal stay in the U.S. (U.S. residents: green card. Non U.S. residents: valid U.S. visa + I-94 form. Students must also present the I-20 form)
  • Two (2) copies of evidence of financial solvency. Tourists may present most recent bank statement, or a bank letter
  • Two (2) copies of proof of current address: ( only one document) Driver License or State ID or phone/utility statement, with current address
  • Two (2) copies of prior visas to Paraguay, if applicable

  For Minor Applicants

  • Minors under 18 years old cannot sign the Visa application; it must be signed by the Father and the Mother or by the legal custodian. If the parents or the custodian are not traveling with the minor, they must authorize the trip in writing, by appearing in person at the Consulate to sign the Visa Application before the Consular Agent; alternatively they can submit a written travel authorization signed before a Notary Public. They must also submit to the Consulate copies of the following documents: minor’s Birth Certificate, passports or valid ID cards of the parents or the custodian and document of legal custody (if applicable)

Paraguay Business Visa

Nigeria Tourist Visa

• The visa application form must be completed online only and the appropriate consular fees paid online with a credit card. Please print the payment receipt.
• Click on “START APPLICATION’. Choose from GOOGLE, YAHOO or OPEN ID and create an account or if you have one, SIGN IN.
• Complete the application form – PRINT (2) copies – click submit
• On successful submission of your application, you will come to a page that will contain your reference ID which will also be emailed to you from the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) – Close the screen to proceed to payment
• Please provide a copy of the payment and acknowledge receipt.
• 2- identical recent passport type photographs, less than 6 months old. No glasses to be worn on the photos.
• A colored  copy of the Green Card(front and back) or a valid visa back to the U.S. if the applicant is not a U.S. citizen
• Invitation letter from host in Nigeria( with full address ) and a copy of his/her Nigerian passport (first four pages)

For Minors

• Children must submit a copy of their birth certificate
• Children of Nigerian parents must submit copy of the information page of both parent’s passport
• Signed letters of consent from both parents
• Photocopies of parents’ passports (bio-data page) or valid ID must accompany the application
• In case where either parent has  sole custody, a copy of a legal document should be provided to this effect. In this case consent is needed only from the single parent.

Resident aliens inviting friends must submit copies of their resident permits and the information page of their passports.
Aliens married to Nigerians or invited by Nigerians must submit copies of their hosts’ or spouses’ passports and letters accepting responsibility. Religious visitors and missionary workers will require per-approval from the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Nigeria
