Requirements to obtain VISA to enter Burkina Faso

Passport Information

U.S. Passport or passport of any other nationality, must have at least 6 months remaining validity from the day of entry into the country for which VISA has been applied for. If validity is less than 6 months ETS will renew your passport (Fee’s apply).

Burkina Faso Tourist Visa

A valid signed passport with at least six months validity remaining from the date of entry into Burkina Faso and at least 2 blank visa pages
2 visa application forms, completed and signed – Click Here.
2 identical passport type photos, 2×2 on a white background, less than 6 months old, no glasses to be worn in the photo
A notarized color copy of the Green Card (front and back) or a valid visa back to the U.S. if the applicant is not a U.S. citizen
Yellow fever certificate
Onward/return tickets or confirmed itinerary along with hotel confirmation is required
