Requirements to obtain VISA to enter Algeria

Passport Information

U.S. Passport or passport of any other nationality, must have at least 6 months remaining validity from the day of entry into the country for which VISA has been applied for. If validity is less than 6 months ETS will renew your passport (Fee’s apply).

Algeria Tourist Visa

A valid signed passport with minimum 6 months validity remaining from the date of entry into Algeria and at least 2 bank visa pages.
A copy of the passport vital page.

- Please fill out all sections of the form.(For example, if your parents are deceased,give their full names. Do not leave the section blank or write simply “deceased”) Both forms must bear the original signature of the applicant. Applications must be downloaded and filled out before printing. No applications will be accepted if filled out by hand
Two identical passport type photographs, 2×2 on a white background, less than 6 months old, no glasses to be worn in the photo.
A copy of the Green Card (front and back) or a valid visa back to the U.S. if the applicant is not a U.S. citizen
Hotel reservation, notarized invitation letter or travel agency invitation letter. Algerian host invitation letter can be notarized at the city hall in Algeria or at a notary public office if made by an Algerian living in the US. The Algerian host must provide a copy of his Algerian ID, passport or consular card.
Statement of financial resources or proof of income, latest bank statement or pay stub must be provided and must include the traveler’s name.

Algeria Business Visa

Other Information

Date of issue is the first day of validity of the visa. Applicants are requested to apply within 60 days of their travel date.
