Requirements to obtain VISA to enter Peru

Passport Information

U.S. Passport or passport of any other nationality, musthave at least 6 months remaining validity from the day of entry into the country for which VISA has been applied for. If validity is less than 6 months ETS will renew your passport (Fee’s apply).

U.S. citizens do not need a visa for tourism to enter Peru for a period of 90 days.

Peru Tourist Visa

  • A valid  signed passport with at least 6 months validity remaining
  • A copy of the passport vital page.
  • 1 visa application form, completed and signed – Click Here.
  • 2-passport type color  photographs less than 6 months old, no glasses to be worn on the photo. ( Photos must be identical)
  • A copy of government issued photo  ID or Driver’s License.
  • A notarized copy of the Green Card (front and back) or a valid visa back to the U.S. if the applicant is not a U.S. citizen
  • Onward/return ticket or confirmed itinerary ( can be reservation or electronic booking confirmation )
  • Proof of sufficent funds and hotel reservation

Peru Business Visa

  • A valid signed  passport with at least 6 months validity remaining.
  • A copy of the passport vital page.
  • 1 visa application form, completed and signed – Click Here.
  • 2-passport type color  photographs less than 6 months old, no glasses to be worn on the photo. ( Photos must be identical)
  • A copy of government issued photo  ID or Driver’s License.
  • A notarized copy of the Green Card (front and back) or a valid visa back to the U.S. if the applicant is not a U.S. citizen.
  • Letter of invitation from the Peruvian company indicating the purpose of the visit, length of stay, and that the traveler will have sufficient funds during the stay in Peru.
  • A letter from the company in the U.S. sponsoring the trip, stating the purpose and duration of the trip, and guaranteeing financial expense during the stay in Peru.
  • Onward/return ticket or confirmed itinerary ( can be reservation or electronic booking confirmation )

Other Information

  • The Peru business visa is usually issued for a single or multiple entry and must be used within three months from date of issue,for stay in Peru not to exceed 90 days.
